Overview of Digital Practice-Based Standards Portfolio: 

This portfolio represents my reflections as a student teacher at Central High School in Providence teaching World History II (approximately 1750-present) and Psychology (a senior year elective.) I taught 24 students World History first period and about 18 students during Psychology third period. I have found student teaching to be an extremely rewarding and educational experience. In this digital portfolio, I will reflect on how my experience has covered the 7 Brown Practice-Based Standards and illuminate areas for further improvement. For the standards below, I will focus on World History II unless otherwise specified, since this is the course that I taught on my own and the course directly related to my Social Studies certification for the State of Rhode Island.
