Classroom Placement Overview

During my student teaching semester, I taught 1 section of 10th grade World History II (from 1750 to the present) and co-taught 1 section of Introduction to Psychology. My mentor teacher, Mr. Edward Abbott has worked with dozens of student teachers from Brown University and has over 20 years of teaching experience. I had the unique opportunity of beginning my student teaching on the first day of the second semester, which allowed me to create a classroom environment and culture from the first day onward.
