In order to understand U.S. intervention in Latin America as part of our unit on the Cold War, students wrote impromptu scripts and acted out the reading. They were only given 30 minutes to prepare their scripts in class. The text was adapted from Howard Zinn's A People's History of American Empire, and examples of the videos we made can be viewed below:
