Individual Literacy Profile

In addition to the whole-class literacy profile, I also chose an individual student from my class to profile in greater depth. Download my full report here: individual literacy.pdf

It would be impossible in any school setting to perform such a detailed analysis of the educational experiences and literacy skills of every single student, but this project was still a valuable undertaking, as it gave me insight into the talents and struggles of a student with special needs. By creating recommendations for the future literacy instruction of this student, I also gained a deeper understanding of how to differentiate instruction to respond to students with varying needs and intelligences.
